Apricot Cheese Salad
Apricot Cheese Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (17 oz.) can chopped apricots, 1 large can crushed pineapple, 2 pkg. orange jell-o, 1 c. miniature marshmallows and 1/2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Drain apricots and pineapple, separately.
Reserve 1 cup apricot syrup and 1 cup pineapple syrup.
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups hot water.
Stir in reserved apricot syrup; chill until partially thickened.
Stir in apricots, pineapple and marshmallows. Chill until firm.
Combine sugar, flour, egg and butter; stir in reserved pineapple syrup; cook over low heat until thickened. Cool.
Fold in whipped cream.
Spread over Jell-O mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
