Apricot Casserole
Apricot Casserole is an moderately easy dinner you can prepare in just 40 minutes. Made with large cans of apricots or 3 small cans, box light brown sugar, large box ritz crackers (3 stack pack), crushed and butter or margarine (about 2 sticks), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
In a 2 quart deep casserole dish that has been greased with butter, layer the above ingredients in the following order: apricots, brown sugar, crackers, and butter
Top layer should end with crackers and butter
When all the layering is done you should have 3 layers of apricots
Bake at 300 for 1 hour.
