Apricot Cake
Apricot Cake is an easy dinner. Made with 1 box lemon cake mix, 1 small box instant lemon pudding mix, 4 eggs, 1/2 c. oil and 1 can apricots, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix apricots and juice in blender; mix together other ingredients and add apricots.
Pour into Bundt pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
While cake is hot, turn pan upside down.
