Mix together sugar and cinnamon and set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour half into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Add sugar and cinnamon mixture.
Pour remaining batter over sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes.
After baking, let set 25 minutes before removing from pan.
