Applesauce Pecan Bread
Applesauce Pecan Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1 cup canned applesauce, 1 cup sugar, 1/3 cup vegetable oil and 3 tbsp. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Beat eggs until foamy, stir in applesauce, sugar, oil and milk.
Gradually add dry ingredients, stir in nuts and candied fruit.
Spread in greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch pan.
Sprinkle on top cinnamon, brown sugar and chopped pecans, press lightly with hand. Bake 350Β° for 1 hour.
Can sprinkle confectionary sugar to cover top last 1/2 hour if too brown.
