Applesauce Jellied Mold
Applesauce Jellied Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. applesauce (not cinnamon), 1 (3 oz.) apricot jello, 1 (3 oz.) lemon jello, 1 (12 oz.) can sprite (regular or diet) and 1 tsp. grated orange rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat applesauce until bubbly. Stir in and dissolve jellos. Stir in Sprite (fill foam up), orange peel and juice. Chill until partially set. Add chopped apple and nuts. Turn into greased mold. Chill until firm.
Turn on plate and decorate with sugared green and purple grapes, if desired.
