Applesauce Delight
Applesauce Delight is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 envelope unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. water, 1 can (1 2/3 c.) pet evaporated skim milk, 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can applesauce and 1/2 tsp. lemon peel, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt gelatin in water over low heat.
Stir in evaporated milk. Add applesauce, lemon peel, salt, vanilla, lemon juice and sweetener. Chill until thick as unbeaten egg whites. Add cinnamon (optional).
