Applesauce Cookies
Applesauce Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 1/2 c. flour, 2 tsp. cinnamon, 1 tsp. cloves, 2 tsp. soda and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift together the flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. In separate bowl, mix applesauce and soda.
In large mixing bowl, cream butter, eggs and sugar.
Add flour mixture alternately with applesauce.
Add raisins and bran.
Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie pan.
Bake at 370Β° for 20 minutes.
