Blend 1/2 minute on low speed, scraping the bowl constantly. Beat 3 minutes on high speed, scraping the bowl occasionally; pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch) 60 to 65 minutes, layer cakes 50 to 55 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
