Heat oven to 350Β°.
Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Beat all ingredients in large mixer bowl on low speed, scraping bowl constantly, for 30 seconds.
Beat on high speed for 3 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour into pan.
Bake until well done, 60 to 65 minutes.
