Applesauce Cake
Applesauce Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. shortening, 1 1/2 c. applesauce, 2 c. flour and 1 egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream sugar, eggs and shortening.
Add vanilla and applesauce. Alternately add flour, raisins and nuts.
Bake at 350Β° for 50 minutes.
Bake in a well-greased and floured Bundt pan or layer pan.
Ice to your liking.
