Applesauce Cake
Applesauce Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. applesauce, 1 c. sugar, 1/2 c. butter, 2 c. flour and 1 c. seeded raisins, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Add applesauce and soda.
Beat until light and puffy.
Cream butter and sugar.
Warm the beaten sauce; add the butter mixture and beat until creamy.
Add the cinnamon and spice; thoroughly stir in the flour a little at a time.
Dredge raisins with flour and stir into mixture before pouring into well-greased and paper-lined pans.
Bake in two layers or in loaf at 350Β°.
Bake until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
