Applesauce

Peel apples.
Slice into large pot (no cores, stems or seeds) on medium heat.
Add water while cooking as needed.
Stir often. Keep some chunks in it if you like, as apples melt down, add cinnamon to taste.
Turn on low.
Put cover on and cook until you like it.
Keeps pretty long in jars in refrigeration.
