Applesauce
Applesauce is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. apples, 1/2 c. water, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and 1/4 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Quarter and remove stems from apples.
Do not peel. Place in a large pan.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook until it comes to a boil, then simmer until apples are cooked. Mash with a potato masher while cooking.
Once completely cooked and mashed, put through food mill.
Jar and refrigerate.
