Applesauce
Applesauce is an easy dinner. Made with 4 medium size apples, 1/4 c. water, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/8 tsp. cinnamon and 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
To start, wash, peel and dice apples.
Place in a medium size saucepan and add 1/4 cup of water.
Heat apples and water to a boil over medium heat.
Slowly reduce heat.
Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to break up the apples.

Heat to a boil.
Stir for 1 or 2 more minutes or until apples are done to your taste.
