Apple Yorkshire Pudding

Melt butter in 9 x 13-inch shallow pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon evenly over butter.
Arrange apples over sugar. Sift flour and salt together.
Beat eggs until light. Add flour and 1/2 milk to eggs; beat until well blended. Gradually add last beat until smooth.
Gently pour over apples, bake at 450Β° for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve at once, cut in squares (8 servings).
Especially good with warm syrup drizzled over top of squares.
