Apple Tapioca Pudding
Apple Tapioca Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. water, 2 tbsp. lemon juice, 3 apples, peeled and sliced, 1/2 c. tapioca and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Combine water and lemon juice.
Pour over apples in greased shallow baking dish.
Cover and bake in 375Β° oven for 15 minutes or until apples are partly cooked.
Mix together tapioca, sugar, salt and nutmeg.
Sprinkle over apples, mixing thoroughly.
Add butter.
Continue baking 10 minutes.
Stir well and bake 5 minutes longer.
