Apple Stuffing
Apple Stuffing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 2 medium onions, chopped, 2 c. chopped celery, 2 c. chopped red cooking apples and 2 c. chopped green cooking apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Melt margarine in skillet.
Add onions, celery, apples and raisins.
Cook and stir frequently for 5 minutes until softened. Remove from heat; stir in stuffing mix and seasonings.
Add cider to moisten.
Put into greased casserole.
Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 30 to 40 minutes.
For crisp top, remove cover the last 5 minutes.
