Apple-Stuffed Squash
Apple-Stuffed Squash is an easy dinner. Made with 3 acorn squash, 3 red apples, 1/2 c. maple syrup, 1/4 c. margarine and 1/4 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Squash in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
Wash, core and dice apples.
Combine with syrup and margarine.
Fill squash with this mixture. Brush with margarine.
Place inside 14-inch Dutch in a 1/4 cup of boiling water. Bake 1 hour at medium heat.
Water level is maintained. Replenish water as necessary.
