Apple Strudel
Apple Strudel is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (17 1/4 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry, 6 to 8 apples, sliced thinly, 1 1/2 c. raisins, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Thaw puff pastry for 20 minutes.
Combine apples, raisins, cinnamon, sugar, nuts and crumbs.
Unfold and roll out each pastry square to 13 x 10-inch rectangle.
Place half the apple mixture along center line of pastry (lengthwise).
Brush edges with beaten egg yolks.
Fold dough over filling, pressing edges together to seal.
Place seam-side down on greased rimmed baking sheet. Repeat with remaining pastry.
Brush tops with egg yolks.
