Apple Salad
Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 5 large granny smith apples, 1/2 c. sugar, 8 oz. crushed pineapple, well drained and save liquid, 8 oz. cool whip and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine flour, sugar, pineapple juice, egg and vinegar in saucepan.
Stir over medium heat until it thickens.
Takes awhile. Cool overnight.
Cube apples.
Add pineapple and mix together. Combine sauce mix and Cool Whip.
Fold into apple mixture.
Add nuts just before serving.
