Apple Salad
Apple Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (do not drain), 1/2 c. flour, 3/4 c. sugar, 1/4 tsp. salt and 4 medium apples, peeled and cut into bite size pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix first 4 ingredients together and cook until it thickens. Stir in cream cheese until well blended.
Add apples.
Pour into dish.
Cover with Cool Whip, top with pecans and chill.
