Apple-Rice Salad

Made with 2 c. cooked rice, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 2 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/2 c. red maraschino cherries, sliced and 1 c. heavy cream, whipped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine cooked rice, pineapple, marshmallows and sugar in a bowl.
Toss gently to mix and refrigerate 3 hours.
