Apple Pumpkin Pie
Apple Pumpkin Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (1 lb.) can apple pie filling, 1 unbaked 10-inch pie shell, 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin pie filling, 2 tbsp. molasses and 1 1/2 tbsp. melted margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven and cookie sheet to 425°.
Pour the apple pie filling into the unbaked pie shell.
Combine the pumpkin, molasses and melted margarine; blend well.
Combine milk and eggs; stir into the pumpkin mixture.
Pour over the apple pie filling.
Put the pie on the preheated cookie sheet in the oven.
To keep from spilling, add the last of the pumpkin mixture after the pie be full of brim. Bake at 425° for 45 minutes and top with whipped cream.
