Apple Pudding Cake

Preheat oven to 325Β° and grease and flour 9 x 9-inch pan.
Put the peeled and chopped apples, sugar and egg in a large mixing bowl.

Add vanilla and cooking oil. Put in prepared pan and bake for 1 hour.
