Apple Pancake
Apple Pancake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 stick butter and 2 large apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Mix real well.
Heat oven to 425°.
In a large Pyrex pie plate, put in 1/2 stick of butter and put in oven while warming it.
Pour batter into pie plate when heat is at 425° and bake for 20 minutes.
Peel 2 large apples and slice as for pie and cook for 5 to 7 minutes (until soft) in 1/2 to 3/4 cup of orange juice. (Do this while pancake is baking.)
Spread cooked apples over pancake and put in oven for 5 minutes more.
Slice, eat and enjoy!
