Apple Pancake
Apple Pancake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 tbsp. butter, 1 egg, 1 1/3 c. bisquick, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1/3 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Add the apple slices to a 10-inch skillet with butter in it.
Pour the batter over the center of apples (it won't cover all the apples or go to edges of skillet). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
It should be golden brown and have reached the sides of the skillet.
After it's done, place a plate over the skillet and turn the pancake out on the plate.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon and serve with maple syrup.
