Apple Pancake
Apple Pancake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 6 tbsp. butter, 2 large apples, peeled, cored and sliced, 3 tbsp. lemon juice, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon and about 5 tbsp. confectioners sugar (depending on sweetness of apples), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 425Β°.
Melt butter in a 10-inch skillet or shallow pan.
Remove 2 tablespoons butter and set aside.
Put the apple slices in a large bowl with lemon juice.
Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over apples.
Toss to coat slices.
Cook the apples over medium heat in skillet with melted butter, stirring often, until apples are tender but still hold their shape.
