Apple Nut Cake
Apple Nut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. plain flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1 1/4 c. mazola or wesson oil and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Sift flour, soda and salt together three times.
Mix oil with sugar; add eggs; add apples and pecans.
Stir flour mixture in with egg mixture.
Add vanilla; pour into two 9-inch cake pans.
Put into cold oven.
Set at 300Β° and bake for 45 minutes or until straw comes out clean.
