Apple Nut Bread
Apple Nut Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped, peeled apples, 3 c. plain flour, 2 1/2 c. sugar, 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Generously grease 2 loaf pans or 16 muffin pans.
Sift dry ingredients together; add oil, eggs, apples, vanilla, raisins and pecans to dry ingredients and mix well.
Toothpick inserted in center comes clean, about 1 hour for loaf pans and 30 to 45 minutes muffins.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely before slicing.
Refrigerate.
