Apple Nut Bread
Apple Nut Bread is an impressive baked good you can prepare in about 2 hours 26 minutes. Made with c. chopped, peeled apples, c. plain flour, c. sugar, c. vegetable oil and eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Preheat oven to 325Β°.
Generously grease 2 loaf pans or 16 muffin pans.
Sift dry ingredients together; add oil, eggs, apples, vanilla, raisins and pecans to dry ingredients and mix well.
Pour into pans.
Bake until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 1 hour for loaf pans and 30 to 45 minutes for muffins.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans. Cool completely before slicing.
Refrigerate.
