Apple Nobby Cake
Apple Nobby Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. sugar, 1/4 c. margarine, softened, 1 egg, 1 tsp. vanilla and 1 c. all-purpose flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream together the margarine and sugar.
Add egg and vanilla; mix until smooth.
Sift together the flour and all dry ingredients.
Add to creamed mixture.
Stir in apples and nuts; mix well.
Pour batter into greased 8-inch square pan (8 x 8-inch).
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick thrust into center of cake comes out clean.
Serve with Cool Whip or whipped cream.
