Apple 'n Oat Bread
Apple 'N Oat Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. chopped, pared raw apples, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. brown sugar, packed, 1 tsp. each: baking powder, cinnamon, soda and salt and 2 c. sifted flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine apples, water and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
Cook until apples are almost tender, about 5 minutes.
Cool while preparing remaining ingredients.
