Apple Kugel

Peel apples and grate fine.
Beat egg yolks with sugar until lemon colored.
Add lemon juice, apples and matzo meal.
Fold in whites which have been stiffly beaten.
Pour into greased casserole and bake at 350ยฐ for 40 minutes.
