Apple Fritter
Apple Fritter is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 egg, 1/4 c. finely chopped apples, 3 pkg. equal, 1/4 tsp. vanilla/butternut flavoring and 2 tsp. hi-energy vanilla supplement, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Mix all ingredients except apples, Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplement and bread together thoroughly.
Tear bread into tiny pieces and soak in mixture.
Add apples (or other fruit).
Stir and drop by tablespoons into hot Teflon skillet with 1 teaspoon oil; cook until brown.
Remove from pan and sprinkle with vanilla supplement.
