Apple Dumplings
Canned biscuits wrapped around tart apples, baked in a cinnamon-sugar syrup spiked with Mountain Dew. The soda lacquers them into a sticky, lemony-sweet glaze.

Roll out biscuits.
Put some of the chopped apple on each biscuit.
Fold and seal biscuit with apple pieces inside.
Put in a 2-quart baking dish.
Melt butter and pour over biscuits.
