Apple Duff
Apple Duff is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 dessert apples, 2 oz. brown sugar, 2 oz. raisins, cinnamon to taste and 1 beaten egg, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Preheat oven to 400Β°.
Peel and core apples. Stuff the centers with mixture of brown sugar, raisins and cinnamon.
Roll out pastry and cut into 4 circles approximately 8 inches in diameter, depending on size of the apples.
Place an apple in the center of pastry circle and brush the edge with beaten egg.
Draw up pastry to enfold the apple, pressing edge to seal.
Brush tops of pastry with remaining egg.
Bake in shallow dish for 40 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream.
