Apple Crunch Pie
Apple Crunch Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 or 5 apples (granny smith makes a good pie), 1 1/4 c. sugar, 3/4 c. flour, cinnamon and 1 stick oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
Grease casserole with oleo or spray with Pam.
Slice apples into dish.
Combine 3/4 cup of sugar with cinnamon to taste; sprinkle over apples.
Combine 3/4 cup flour with remaining 1/2 cup sugar and 1 stick of oleo.
I like to add 1/4 to 1/2 cup oatmeal to this mixture.
Crumble this over the apples.
Cook in moderate oven (about 350Β°) for approximately 45 minutes.
