Apple Crunch Cake
Apple Crunch Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 3 1/2 c. cool whip, 2 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1 1/2 c. peeled, coarsely chopped apples and 1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Grease 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
In large bowl, beat eggs with fork.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip, graham cracker crumbs, apples, 1/4 cup corn syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg until blended. Spread evenly in pan.
Mix remaining corn syrup, walnut pieces and margarine.
Spoon evenly over batter.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly touched.
Cool in pan.
