Apple Crumble

Sift flour with sugar, salt and nutmeg.
Cut in peanut butter and butter until mixture is crumbly; add peanuts.
Peel apples; slice thin and place in well-greased baking dish (10 x 7 x 2-inch).
Sprinkle peanut butter mixture evenly over top of apples.
Bake 40 minutes at 350°, then increase temperature to 425° and bake 10 minutes longer or until browned.
Serve warm with ice cream.
