Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (18 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix, 2 cans apple pie filling, 1 c. butter, melted or 1/2 c. margarine and 1/2 c. butter, lemon juice and cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Preheat oven to 350Β°.
Grease 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Pour apples into pan.
Squeeze small amount of lemon juice over apples. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon and sprinkle cake mix over apples.
Add more cinnamon and add walnuts on top.
Pour melted butter over all.
Bake for 1 hour and serve hot, plain or with ice cream of whipped cream.
