Apple Crisp
Apple Crisp is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 10 to 12 medium jonathan apples, 1 c. chopped pecans, 1 stick margarine, 1 c. brown sugar and 1/2 c. white sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cream margarine and add brown sugar, flour and salt and mix together.
Peel, quarter and core apples and slice thin.
Put apples in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the white sugar on top of apples and add brown sugar mixture on top of this.
Sprinkle chopped pecans over all.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes until apples are tender.
Yields 8 servings.
