Apple Cream Cake

Sift together all the dry ingredients. Stir in the apple and 1/4 cup nuts.
Combine butter, milk and egg.
Stir into the flour mixture and blend only.
Pour into greased and floured 9-inch round pan. Spread sour cream over top.
Combine sugars and spread over the sour cream. Sprinkle on remaining nuts. Bake at 400Β° in preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes. Serve warm with butter or whipped cream.
It is also good cold.
