Apple-Cranberry Salad
Apple-Cranberry Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz. each) pkg. sugar-free orange gelatin, 2 c. hot water, 1 c. cold water, 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained and 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce, chilled, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add cold water and pineapple, stirring well.
Chill mixture. When mixture begins to thicken, add remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Place mixture in a 9 x 13-inch dish and chill until firm.
