Apple Coconut Cake
Apple Coconut Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. soda, 1 tsp. salt, 1 c. vegetable oil and 3 eggs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Combine flour, soda and salt.
Mix well and set aside. Combine oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
Beat at medium speed of electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Add flour mixture; mix at low speed just until blended.
Fold in pecans, apples and coconut.
(Batter will be stiff.)
Spoon into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
Cool in pan 10 minutes.
Remove from pan immediately. Drizzle glaze over cake.
