Apple Cinnamon Walnut Bread
Apple Cinnamon Walnut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. yeast, 1/3 c. sugar, 3/4 c. warm water, 1 1/4 c. warm milk and 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter (soft), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Mix yeast, sugar and warm water.
Proof 5 minutes.
Add warm milk, butter, cinnamon, baking soda, orange rind, apples and walnuts.
Add flours.
Knead 10 minutes.
Let rise until double. Divide into two.
Roll into rectangle.
Add 1/2 cup raisins soaked in Grand Marnier.
Put in pans (bread).
Let rise.
Bake at 425° for 10 minutes and 350° for 20 to 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
