Apple Cinnamon Nut Bread

Spray an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan with low-fat spray.
Mix egg substitute, sugar and applesauce; add vanilla.

Add pecans.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
For easier slicing and extra moist, rich bread, wrap warm loaf tightly after removing from pan.
