Apple Chip Cake
Apple Chip Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. salad oil, 2 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 3 c. chopped apples and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend together in mixer salad oil, sugar and eggs.
Next combine in order given apples (cored, pared and cut in chunks), chopped nuts, salt, soda, cinnamon, vanilla and all-purpose flour. Combine all ingredients to make batter which will be stiff.
Spoon into a Bundt cake pan.
Do not grease pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about an hour.
