Apple Cheese Pudding
Apple Cheese Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can cheddar cheese soup, 1 c. milk, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. butter and 6 c. toasted bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

In saucepan, combine soup, milk, brown sugar and cinnamon. Bring to boil; reduce heat.
Simmer 2 minutes to blend flavors. Add butter, toast, almonds and raisins.
Spoon 1/2 of soup mixture in bottom of 1 1/2-quart casserole; top with apples and remaining toast mixture.
Cover; bake at 350Β° for 25 minutes, or until hot. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 5 minutes more.
Serve with whipped cream.
Makes 6 servings.
