Apple Carrot Muffins
Apple Carrot Muffins is an impressive dinner. Made with 1/4 c. nonfat dry milk, 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. allspice, 1/4 tsp. nutmeg and 1 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
In a bowl mix all dry ingredients, in another bowl mix remaining ingredients except apple and carrot.
To the dry ingredients add liquids and mix; fold in apples and carrots.
Line a 12 muffin tin with paper muffin liners or spray with Pam.
Fill cups half full.
Bake at 400Β° for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
